If false then it will instruct the firewall not to create a incident for the phishy request
Syntax
public bool CreateIncident {get; set;}
Remarks
The default value will be set to true if the SiteMapSearch is Walter.Web.FireWall.Models.SiteMapSearchResult.NotEvaluated or Walter.Web.FireWall.Models.SiteMapSearchResult.NotFound.
