TryGetUser Method

Tries to get the firewall user using an IP address and his assigned firewall ID.

Syntax

bool TryGetUser( 
   long? userId,
   long? cidr,
   out IFirewallUser? user
)

Parameters

userId: The users UserId
cidr: The firewall users IP number.
user: The user populated if found

Return Value

true if XXXX, false otherwise.

Requirements

Target Platforms: Windows 7, Windows Vista SP1 or later, Windows XP SP3, Windows Server 2008 (Server Core not supported), Windows Server 2008 R2 (Server Core supported with SP1 or later), Windows Server 2003 SP2
